i've been wondering why i stopped counting how long i've been at work. the post i had was my 11th month at work. i just had my 15th so that's four posts behind.

is it because i'm enjoying what i do now? is it because i'm already counting how many days left before i leave work? or is it because my mind is too preoccupied of something else?

i've been wanting to leave work. but i can't leave just like that. i don't want to leave just because of some lame reasons i cannot handle. i am "feeling"things.i should be rational and not emotional dammit! i should see things like adults do.

fyi, a-year-after celebrates my 1 year @work. no big deal ^____^

ok, this is supposed to be posted few weeks back. april 8 to be exact. but for one obvious reason, i was in manila for a week, i wasn't able to. so i should have done this when i arrived but i was sick for a week.not to mention i was too lazy make a post.

yesterday was a BIG day.i was in a fist fight! haha joke! it was one of those days when all my guards are down and suddenly i breakdown. it was not the ordinary though coz i confronted someone which i don't normally do.and it wasn't the ordinary because the tears already started to flow while i was still in the jeepney.but i managed to go to the mall and watched slumdog millionaire (yeah! it's one great movie! though i wasn't paying much attention three-fourths of the movie)and finally managed to settle things out before going home.

it was one big day i will never forget. thanks to the people who were a part of it. and who weren't.

i've watch Prince and Me nth times already and i can't believe i'm watching it again for several times tonight! iv'e been watching this since college hahaha! but im in denial that it is by far my favorite feel-good movie. nah luke mably just looks oh-so-good in this movie hehehe really fit for a real-life prince. i can't seem to know why i keep watching this movie. and there's this soundtrack that i like. a really nice song. not that i can relate :P

11th month @ work.. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaw that was fast! 1 month more and i'll fulfill my promise to stay for at least a year.

the previous weeks were miserable (not work-related though). i am being tested emotionally. i failed, i cried, i stumbled and fall..and if there's one thing i learned, that is, giving your trust would also mean giving them the power to hurt you, and giving your trust doesn't mean earning their trust as well.

yesterday, i watched "shopaholic". it was fun. it's about a woman who shops to make herself feel better. shopping gives her a different kind of excitement that she tends to forget about her worries and when she's done shopping, she would feel down again and that would make her want to shop more.

yesterday, i also went to church, which, in other words, means that my thoughts are too deep for me to comprehend that i had to go to church to have peace of mind for a while and reconsider my thoughts afterwards.

just few weeks ago, i bought another pair of high-heeled shoes. it's not new to me because i buy a new pair at least once a month. hhmmm maybe you're thinking i am a huge fan of shoes and all i do is collect all sorts of styles..hahaha! how i wish i can do that! but no, i don't have that much money to spare!

my mom always tells me that i walk like a bulldozer or some sort and that's the main reason why i need a new pair of shoes every month hihi. i dunno if im just always unlucky to buy the low-resistant-to-a-bulldozer-feet kind of shoes LOLLLLLLLLLL

buying a new pair of shoes is not as easy as you think it is. well, not for me! i spend days just finding the right kind of shoes. im always having a hard time finding the right fitting and sizing. different brands of shoes have different fitting. i also consider the color of the shoes. it should match my office outfit. i most of the time consult buying tips and guides just to get the right kind of shoes that i want. good thing i was able to buy a new one.. a black normal-heeled shoes that just fits my kind of style

oohhhh lala! time flies so fast! just a month ago, i was whining about how my eighth month went..now im writing about my 9th wheeeeew!

i was supposed to post this yesterday but i was so exhausted physically and emotionally that i didnt have much strength to do so.

yesterday was a milestone. one of my crazy friends just got married! and surprisingly, i was informed just 2 days before yesterday! AND we were told, or should i say REQUIRED to wear a dress that has the same color as her motif purple plum chuchu whatever!

well, everything turned out just fine..and my friend seems happy, though there were a few guysssss who were not so happy with the oh-so-sudden event :)

now, im contemplating if i should take the Masters in Information Systems at UP Open University hhmmm...that would mean lesser laag time hahaha LOLLLL such a hard decision!

well, i am not burned out from work today..just like many of those days. these are the things i did today:

ok this is very timely. i've been wanting to write about a blog entry ate hannah made in her multiply account. it's about letting go. the message is very simple. let go of people who just want to go... because you cannot make everyone stay. that's a reality and you have to accept it.

as per everybody's request, im updating my blog hehe! **waves to everyone** haaay nakooowww nahiya daw ako bigla TT___TT but yah, i know blogs are meant to be read by anyone..

i bought three books from the newly opened bookstore in nccc mall, booksale. i thought it's just the name of the bookstore but i found out the books are actually on sale. i bought another two the day after. one is worth 45php and the other one is 15php. mura na, maganda pa kaya bili nah! :P

sky is falling is the second to the last novel of sydney sheldon (before are you afraid of the dark if not mistaken). sidney (yep, first name basis..mejo close kami eh hehe) is one of my favorite authors actually. i've read almost all of his novels. they say he's a wanton (adj. unrestrainedly excessive, playful, wild) writer..others say he's too pop.. but i like reading his books. (ONCE YOU POP, YOU CAN'T STOP! hahaha) once you start reading his book, you can't put it down, seriously.

intervew with the vampire by anne rice. this is my first anne rice book. i have not read any of her books yet. yonie and vivian and kuya richmond and a lot more love her books so it's worth a try. i want to read it so i can compare it with twilight, the latest addiction of some of my friends. it's a book that tells stories about vampires and falling in love and some other stuffs and soon to be a motion picture starring the one who portrayed cedric diggory in harry potter.

dear dumb diary is a very funny book and very light read. it's a diary of a student in middle school who writes her insecurities with the pretty and famous girl in their school. a stress-reliever book.

lately, im seeing a lot of people leave. most of them leave for good and it's a good thing, right?

i just can't help but be sad. i hate it when people go somewhere else and lose touch. it's not just leaving but forgetting maybe? i hate it when i walk alone at night on my way home. i hate it when i eat alone. i hate it when i wanna be out late at night and there's no one to go out with. i really hate doing stuffs alone! (except when im shopping for clothes coz i love doing it alone)

no. having a boyfriend is not a solution. and it never will. i guess it's more of getting used to being alone. sanayan lng siguro yan. at siguro kailangan ko ng masanay kasi lahat ng kilala ko, sanay na ata.ako nlng ang hindi. maybe it comes with maturity that you have to be alone..to be on your own. to lose touch of people you used to be with. if so, then why do people want to mature? why not stay immature and be with the people you want to be with so you don't have to be alone?

believe me, it's hard! call me immature. it's ok. at least i have the courage to say that i am. i don't do drugs, i don't smoke, i don't drink (well, occasionally, i do), i don't steal, i don't kill people. im just immature. and it's nothing compared to the problems of some people i know.

i know i can handle myself more than you think i can. i may look naive, i may look innocent, i may look vulnerable but im not. i know maturity is a process and im gonna learn that soon. you just wait and see.

i mishoo ate gail but maybe there are things we need to learn the hard way. kaya natin to. kasi matapang tayo ^___^ we're still friends no matter what..so it's ok.

i woke up at 7, which is pretty early considering the fact that we went to the beach yesterday and i slept at 2AM. good thing internet doesnt have tantrums today. i have a severe stomach ache since yesterday morning =( but didnt stop me from going to the beach til midnight hahaha! i had to re-learn hangul again. i was already familiar with it before but i realized i was learning it the wrong way AND i totally forgot everything hahaha! thanks to my friend tingting who err inspired me to learn korean again. she's gone far in her korean while im still in the beginner of all the beginners lesson haha!

i used to study japanese. i had japanese class in school before and i learned the katakana and hiragana and the basic simple conversations and grammar.. but i think im giving up japanese lessons now..sorry..i find it so hard to learn kanji T___T so i decided to pursue learning korean instead.

wish me luck! hehe hopefully ill never get tired and continue learning everyday especially now that ill start my new work. anneyong! =)

a time to reflect and reassess ourselves, i suppose. to think of what we've done and what we've accomplished from what needs to be done. to assess if we've done what the lord wants of us...it ain't a typical week, that's why it's called holy week.

but i noticed now people see it more differently than they used to. people see it as a time to relax, go to the beach, picnic, go out with friends. fix broken cabinets, yell at someone for being so dumb and irresponsible.. things they think they cannot do on normal days..

maybe there's something wrong with how we practice holy week. maybe we need to reassess on the way we reassess our lives and our doings..or if we actually do.don't get me wrong. im not playing innocent here. im as guilty as most people are.

yeah! bumming is more fun than ever! that is if you have loads of money to waste! hahaha so it's not for me..errr but im loving it more each day. wheeee! my mum's gonna kill me if she reads this one. coz that means she still needs to give me money (yeah, i ask for money from my mum, what's wrong with that,huh? hihi yah i know it's wrong but it feels so right *lol*)

im not totally a bum.. if there's something like partly a bum, im like that. im doing something errr worthwhile i guess. i teach english! yaaaah im a teacher now and im doing more than i expected hihi.. it's fun and not tiring at all (3hrs a day is never tiring compared with the 10hrs of hell in a graveyard shift in the call center!). i didn't know i can be a teacher too *lol* yah i talk a lot but not in english, alright? but im actually having fun doing it coz i got to talk to japanese people and their lives are pretty interesing...more interesting than mine (of course!) and they are really really smart people. im loving what im doing for the first time! lol maybe im called to teach and follow the footsteps of my mum.. naaah no way! i still wanna be a programmer and be smarter than bill gates HAHAHA!

well now i know i can teach english plus i did well during my almost-2-hours job interview and so i realized call center deserves me more hahaha! or maybe the call center job made me improve my conversational skills! ( im already doing good at it you know, coz i talk a loooooooot so not all the credit goes to the call center experience only). now im thinking of going back to a call center again hihihihi *peace* but i don't wanna have the graveyard shift yet again! it kills me T___T i still wanna be a normal person with normal working hours and not a zombie who's awake when everyone else is asleep!

the other night, i finally GOT TIRED OF SOMEONE! lol ella was sooooo happy hearing it from me..coz it's been years..ages..decades..centuries..you see i finally got my senses back and realized SOMEONE was never worth my time and effort. i was so worried that day but i didnt see SOMEONE that day and the next day and the day after next and i had no idea what happened to SOMEONE and i can't just call to check if SOMEONE's doing just fine because i don't have the right to do that in the first place, second place, third place..or whatevah place it is LOLLLLLL! it's worse than riding the octopus ride coz it's like being in the whirlwind with nothing to hold on to..and just when you thought you'd die, you didn't.and so everything ended just like that. *bow*

haha! ok im only doing this because glenn also has this post in his blog (haha!) in short, nainggit ko sa iyang post!

well, few days ago we went to a job fair (darn it's my nth time being in a job fair!) held in skool (alright it's my first time then). there were only few companies..well compared to the 103 companies in another not-so-famous skool LOL! i submitted my unappealing resume to 3 companies only! (see the over confident me??) i gave one to a local company and i was interviewed by the HR. the interview went fine. after all the call center's draining experience, i don't suck at interviews that much now than before. (that means i still suck at interviews! lol and i still cant answer the tell-me-something-about-yourself question right! whoever thought of that question is a genius :P) she asked me a couple of questions that are IT-related coz that's what i was applying for. one memorable question was to name some programming languages i used such as LINUX haha! she doesnt even know the difference bet. programming language and an operating system LOL that's why the interview went fine!

then i gave my resume to a bank. i was hesitant at first coz i really don't have any experience in accounting and management. (while everybody was in mgt and acctng classes, i was in a foreign language class xD i took all foreign language classes as electives haha) but then i heard abt the 25K allowance per month for the 1 year training and.. there.. i was bliinded by money again.there was actually no interview. the lady just explained the manager associates program (yeah they are hiring managers and that's what we're applying for! too much responsiblity for a fresh-lookiiing not-so-fresh graduate but who cares?? the 25K cures it all! lol) and the following day, we took the 5-hours-long exam wheew! it wasn't that difficult though, mostly are personality tests and we're asked to make an essay from the three topics given. mind you, my essay was one of a kind! hahaha!

and lastly, i submitted my resume to a software company that teaches japanese to their employess. honestly, i became interested first becoz of the japanese lessons but it is a software company too and im looking for an IT-related job so i decided to pursue it. we were given the exams that same day. it wasn't as easy as the bank exam coz it's more on math and IQ but i still tried my best. after all, it's not the first time that i've seen those kinds of questions.

well thursday came (which is today) and i was expecting a call or a text message from the software comp informing me that im for an interview or i failed but the former would be more interesting to read. whew! but i didnt get any :( i heard others were interviewed this afternoon and i wasn't! sad, ne? why is it so easy to get the job that i don't want yet so hard to get the job that i want?? i didnt want that call center thing at all but it wasn't hard for me to get in there. it wasn't that hard for me to decide to leave too haha! i tried my luck in the jobs that i want but to no avail. im almost giving up on getting the job that i really want :( my friends asked me what job i really wanna have and i just said nothing. coz i might disappoint them when i can't even get what i want. seems like what i want is always the one that's not for me (awww applicable sad sya sa laing aspects such as bois LOL)but my horoscope tells me that im going to travel a lot this year! dammit i hope it's true and coming sooner! darn i can't wait to travel and be out of the country! singapore, here i come! (LOL wishful thinking)..ohh well so sad T__T

darn i remember seeing the ad on abc 5 that they're having asian idol.. now it's all over and poor me for not being able to watch it! i can't even watch it on youtube and on veoh! daaaaaaarn!

T__T (they did some sort of normalization or getting the ratio or something like that with respect to the population of the country)

if they actually did it like the world idol voting scheme, mau marcelo could have won :( in world idol, you can't vote for your own country so that would mean they wouldn't need to get the ratio of the votes and the population of the country anymore..

2. U300 cellphone with the name ANYBAND on it (not SAMSUNG but ANYBAND!) - this is quite impossibe coz anyband phones are only available in korea but they use CDMA there and not GSM

4. a pc that's working! (if i can't have the mac book, at least i want a pc that works!!!) working == a pc wherein i can watch vids on youtube, CR or even play vids in media player. yeaaah i can't do that in my shitty pc now!

yaaaaaaay im not on blog-leave anymore! ^____^ im kinda sick. i have tonsilitis and cough. the best combination ever! haha when i cough, feel like my tonsils would come out x_x coz im having dry cough.. ohh well other than that, im doing fine. im not in the verge of ranting anymore that's why im back to blogging =D

my first ever shinhwa post! =D i saw this vid while searching for dbsk vids to download. (for the record, i havent listened to any shinhwa song. i only like shin hye sung's the island). it's a performance of Shinhwa in *drum roll* *tananannan* in North Korea =D well, they're from the south so performing in the north is something else! haha it was really something else considering the reaction of the audience =D Shinhwa is a well-known boyband all over asia and even in the west and to be accepted this way by the audience must be sooooo memorable for them XD see the vid below to know what i mean hekhek this happened just last year, 2006 i think. the men are wearing suit and the women are in their traditional korean costume. i dont know much about their history but the north probably would want to preserve the korean culture while the south accepted more of the western influence. (btw, baby vox performed there too) the songs performed were handpicked by the north korean party to especially check on the lyrics.

i wonder what they [audience] were told before the performance. no offense meant but i find their reaction weird. i always believe that music can break any physical boundaries but this video proved me wrong :( but iv'e read that north korea is a communist country and they don't really like western music. they only have a certain genre which is the traditional korean music.

maybe the audience thought:
1.) ohh that's Shinhwa! they're not that special. they just dress the same with our men!

2.) errr i can dance better than that!

3.) haha he's wearing a suit and a cap! what kind of fashion is that! O____O

4.) they should'nt move so fast. i cant see their pretty faces LOLLL

wheeeeee HAPPY ONE MONTH TO MEEEEE!

i feel so sorry for myself that i couldnt even make avatars or post pictures or upload vids of them to commemorate this momentous event. i hope they will forgive me LOLLLL my pc is taking its break and all my files are there.. i hope i would be able to recover them all or else ill randomly kill anyone ~haha just kidding! there's no one to blame for that unexpected thing to happen but my shitty hard disk.. my hard disk didnt have the initiative to tell me before hand so that i can backup all my files T___T

ohh well.. back to DBSK-NewS.. my fandom for them has never changed but ive been more of a DBSK fan.. specifically jaejoong fan. GAWD im loooooooving him more and more each day ~~ooops sorry soon-to-be boyfriend haha~~. i will never forget the way he slaps the other four LOLLLL it looks weird but he seems so gentle (haha see soul fighter couple talk and you'll know what im talking about). dont get me wrong! he just looks so gentle and delicate (like what changmin said) and it makes me looooove him more for that nyahahhahaa. another thing i will never forget about him is the way he covers his mouth when he laughs (awww so much like lee junki! no wonder he was asked to play junki's role in the king's men parody) haha it's so cute for him to do that! i was actually trying to figure out when he changed his hair color from blonde to black to off-white (if there's such hair color hehe) but i realized it seems like they're changing his hair color as often as they release a new single (which is almost every month!)

but i still looooooove NewS!!!! i love ryo, yamapi (bleh ella!) and tegoshi like i always do hekhekhek

though i couldnt celebrate this event through ways that one could think of, ive done something in my own little way..haha somethin life-changing for me of course. it's a secret though. it's for me to know and for the rest to find out if they can ^____^

After a press conference for his latest movie “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner? An Effeminate Korean Guy, That’s Who!” Lee Jun Ki made some informal remarks that have sent shockwaves through the Phillipines.

“The Phillipines are sh!ts”, Lee remarked.

“You know who are the worst?” he asked rhetorically. “The young Filipina girls. The ones around 13 and 14 who watch my movies. Christ, they are ugly. Like little trolls. I hate their knobby little faces. When they come up to me in Korea and ask for autographs, I say “Go back under the bridge, you little monsters!””

Lee then suggested renaming the Philippines and proposed several new names such as “the nutsappines”, “Crotch Island”, and “the United States of Boner Hounds"

hehe this rumor was like a year ago or so.. first off, i havent heard of that movie or that he’s making a movie which has that title ^____^

moving on.. i dont wanna comment on that racist thing anymore. that’s a very hot topic; hotter than the hottest celebrity on earth or the korean band HOT lolzz.. everyone has his opinion when it comes to that but it’s a way way bigger issue than just an insulting comment made.so for this matter, i’ll let that racist thing pass.

dont get me wrong, im a filipina 100%! pureblood, not mudblood XD i would have been hurt had i heard anyone say that but i would like to believe actors are one of the most (if not the most) pretentious people on earth. that’s why they’re called actors in the first place. they act and portray roles. that's what they're paid for. they would try to mask and hide everything just to give an impression that they are perfect at all times and everyone can look up to them like god or something.. i know someone who worked for abscbn here in the philippines and can attest to that. she has worked behind the cameras so she knows what's real and reel.

lee jun ki is an actor right? why would he drink that whatsoever kind of juice if (especially) he knows he’s gonna have a press conference? that is if he is in his right mind to think of that. if he or anyone would say such things, i dont think he’d say that to a bunch of press people who mindlessly write and print such craps. the crappier it gets, the more money they have (unless they are writers of Desperate Housewives who intentionally made a comment on filipino doctors that was supposedly for their own concept of fun and jokes)

just trying to view it on a different angle. im kinda a fan of lee junki but at the same time im a filipino. i hope you got my point XD and yeah whoever translated the article definitely has a good command for english.. translate it in a more realistic way next time LOLZZZZZZ i can't even translate “Crotch Island”, and “the United States of Boner Hounds" in filipino XD

jaejoong is my current favorite. next would be junsu. i used to like micky when i started fangirl-ing them few weeks back. hands off to changmin because daichy likes him haha and he kinda looks like jerry yan, don't you think so? XD i like yunho too but i have this weird feeling everytime i see him lol coz he really reminds me of the prince in Goong. i forgot his name but yeah, there's something about him that reminds me of Goong. it's not a bad thing but i have this thinking that he acts the same way as the prince. oh yeah i just googled it and his name is joo ji-hoon

i uploaded a video of ken zhu during their music party. this is an old vid but this is my favorite of all ken's perf XD i personally ripped this from their vcd that i bought few years back arrrgghh those were the days! i tried uploading it in crunchyroll but it was rejected :( maybe because i put there that i ripped it from their vcd and they got the idea that it's licensed. darn i should have lied or not said anything at all! anyway, this is it...
