shinhwa in north korea

yaaaaaaay im not on blog-leave anymore! ^____^ im kinda sick. i have tonsilitis and cough. the best combination ever! haha when i cough, feel like my tonsils would come out x_x coz im having dry cough.. ohh well other than that, im doing fine. im not in the verge of ranting anymore that's why im back to blogging =D



my first ever shinhwa post! =D i saw this vid while searching for dbsk vids to download. (for the record, i havent listened to any shinhwa song. i only like shin hye sung's the island). it's a performance of Shinhwa in *drum roll* *tananannan* in North Korea =D well, they're from the south so performing in the north is something else! haha it was really something else considering the reaction of the audience =D Shinhwa is a well-known boyband all over asia and even in the west and to be accepted this way by the audience must be sooooo memorable for them XD see the vid below to know what i mean hekhek this happened just last year, 2006 i think. the men are wearing suit and the women are in their traditional korean costume. i dont know much about their history but the north probably would want to preserve the korean culture while the south accepted more of the western influence. (btw, baby vox performed there too) the songs performed were handpicked by the north korean party to especially check on the lyrics.



i wonder what they [audience] were told before the performance. no offense meant but i find their reaction weird. i always believe that music can break any physical boundaries but this video proved me wrong :( but iv'e read that north korea is a communist country and they don't really like western music. they only have a certain genre which is the traditional korean music.

maybe the audience thought:
1.) ohh that's Shinhwa! they're not that special. they just dress the same with our men!

2.) errr i can dance better than that!

3.) haha he's wearing a suit and a cap! what kind of fashion is that! O____O

4.) they should'nt move so fast. i cant see their pretty faces LOLLL

5.) DAMN IM TOO LOST FOR WORDS! THEY'RE GREAT! I CAN'T EVEN MOVE MYSELF! NOT EVEN MY HANDS! =D

it's been exactly one month since i started fangirl-ing NewS and DBSK!

wheeeeee HAPPY ONE MONTH TO MEEEEE!

i feel so sorry for myself that i couldnt even make avatars or post pictures or upload vids of them to commemorate this momentous event. i hope they will forgive me LOLLLL my pc is taking its break and all my files are there.. i hope i would be able to recover them all or else ill randomly kill anyone ~haha just kidding! there's no one to blame for that unexpected thing to happen but my shitty hard disk.. my hard disk didnt have the initiative to tell me before hand so that i can backup all my files T___T

ohh well.. back to DBSK-NewS.. my fandom for them has never changed but ive been more of a DBSK fan.. specifically jaejoong fan. GAWD im loooooooving him more and more each day ooops sorry soon-to-be boyfriend haha. i will never forget the way he slaps the other four LOLLLL it looks weird but he seems so gentle (haha see soul fighter couple talk and you'll know what im talking about). dont get me wrong! he just looks so gentle and delicate (like what changmin said) and it makes me looooove him more for that nyahahhahaa. another thing i will never forget about him is the way he covers his mouth when he laughs (awww so much like lee junki! no wonder he was asked to play junki's role in the king's men parody) haha it's so cute for him to do that! i was actually trying to figure out when he changed his hair color from blonde to black to off-white (if there's such hair color hehe) but i realized it seems like they're changing his hair color as often as they release a new single (which is almost every month!)

but i still looooooove NewS!!!! i love ryo, yamapi (bleh ella!) and tegoshi like i always do hekhekhek

though i couldnt celebrate this event through ways that one could think of, ive done something in my own little way..haha somethin life-changing for me of course. it's a secret though. it's for me to know and for the rest to find out if they can ^____^

hehe this rumor was like a year ago or so.. first off, i havent heard of that movie or that he’s making a movie which has that title ^____^

moving on.. i dont wanna comment on that racist thing anymore. that’s a very hot topic; hotter than the hottest celebrity on earth or the korean band HOT lolzz.. everyone has his opinion when it comes to that but it’s a way way bigger issue than just an insulting comment made.so for this matter, i’ll let that racist thing pass.

dont get me wrong, im a filipina 100%! pureblood, not mudblood XD i would have been hurt had i heard anyone say that but i would like to believe actors are one of the most (if not the most) pretentious people on earth. that’s why they’re called actors in the first place. they act and portray roles. that's what they're paid for. they would try to mask and hide everything just to give an impression that they are perfect at all times and everyone can look up to them like god or something.. i know someone who worked for abscbn here in the philippines and can attest to that. she has worked behind the cameras so she knows what's real and reel.

lee jun ki is an actor right? why would he drink that whatsoever kind of juice if (especially) he knows he’s gonna have a press conference? that is if he is in his right mind to think of that. if he or anyone would say such things, i dont think he’d say that to a bunch of press people who mindlessly write and print such craps. the crappier it gets, the more money they have (unless they are writers of Desperate Housewives who intentionally made a comment on filipino doctors that was supposedly for their own concept of fun and jokes)

just trying to view it on a different angle. im kinda a fan of lee junki but at the same time im a filipino. i hope you got my point XD and yeah whoever translated the article definitely has a good command for english.. translate it in a more realistic way next time LOLZZZZZZ i can't even translate “Crotch Island”, and “the United States of Boner Hounds" in filipino XD

XD i like yunho too but i have this weird feeling everytime i see him lol coz he really reminds me of the prince in Goong. i forgot his name but yeah, there's something about him that reminds me of Goong. it's not a bad thing but i have this thinking that he acts the same way as the prince. oh yeah i just googled it and his name is joo ji-hoon

hahaha it seems like this blog will go down to be my all-about-fandomness blog XD XD ohh well what can i do! i can't just go to my friend's house or call them and rant about dbsk and NewS and and lee jun ki and lee hom and all those hawt guys that they havent heard of. damn my friends are so slow when it comes to those things! except for ella and daichy and the rest of my fandom friends. i've tried it a lot of times though. once, i told them about this chinese singer that i like. then i told them about a very good korean group. all i got was "nakasabot ka sa ilang ginasulti?" (can you understand what they're saying?) and all i can say was "no" and then they'll laugh. yeah right! they're nice friends actually. they are just mean! hahahaha i know they can't read this! they are tech morons according to ella hahahah XD XD

ohhh wait i should be mad here XD right! see, if people are like that, if they won't give a damn to songs and artists they don't understand, what will happen to those who can't even speak one single english word? and by the way, who is setting that standard that one should know english to reach out to other parts of the world? look, if they base it on the number of speakers, hell then it should be chinese that must be the standard. it is the most widely-spoken language! or maybe they're using english as an excuse coz chinese is harder to learn!?!

my point is, the lyrics alone doesnt make music. it's just part of it being called music. and music is supposed to be the only language that can break physical boundaries. let's not include music in that racist thing. music should be the language that everyone can understand. darn how can you understand what you dont understand if you dont listen to them at all???

ughh i hate it when i get too serious with anything that's related to my fandomness! it makes me think they're too good for my body and soul when in reality they are not XD XD fandomness is poison! it kills you day by day, but you can't get away with it ^____^

i seriously think i am too old to be a fangirl.. all my friends in crunchyroll are 7-8yrs younger than me! they're even younger than my younger brother! i mean, we listen to the same type of music, like the same boybands.. there must be something wrong with me! oh yeah, i remember my trainers before used to call be bebe what a great excuse for not knowing my name! hahaha probably that's why... ohh whatever! that won't stop me from being a fangirl! =D


HERE HERE I GOT MYSELF A CLUBBOX!! wheeeee!!!



and im downloading newS for ella! we're always having problems with megaupload because of that "bandwidth limit exceeded" thing so clubbox is the solution! hahaha its way better than using MU since there's no download limit. only that you have to wait for the other file to finish and start another one. YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT 8 LONG HOURS TO DOWNLOAD!!!^___^ the ave. speed is kinda slower but its worth the wait =D im using flashget for MU downloads and i can use it together with clubbox and the download speed is not affected :D clubbox is in korean but all you need is simple english or at least be able to understand pictures for instructions and then that's it! XD XD im trying to consider downloading videos from youtube, convert them then join them together so subs can be added.. but im yet to find out. i'll try it later after this =D


and while waiting for all the downloads to finish, im watching lee jun ki's giordano CF which is a year old now.. i remember it was released when i was still in college and if ill count it, i think i've watched this like a thousand times now hahahaha i swear! i cant get over that CF! he's sooo hawt there! with all the dancing and the slapping of the face and his smile... hahahaha... see that?? i hope he won't get tired of dancing hahaha HAWWWT!
